Rene made the appointment for the same day and showed up very quickly. It was cheaper going with aesthetic rodent and wildlife control, as well. He cleaned the area and removed the dead raccoon.

I would rate more stars if I could! After hearing intense scratching on our house and finding a compromised crawlspace vent I called Aesthetic Rodent and Wildlife. Raccoons, skunk, and opossum are abundant in our area and we saw a raccoon lurking in our backyard earlier that night, so we wanted to make sure it didn’t get into our crawlspace. Within the hour of me making an online request Rene called me to get the details, walk me thru what he would do, and set up an inspection appointment for the very next morning. Due to an emergency call the morning of our appointment Rene needed to push back our appointment time but was very communicative and responsive throughout - he asked me to send him a picture of the compromised vent to ensure he brought the right materials to fix it. Upon arrival I showed him the vent and our crawlspace opening and he went straight to work, sending me a picture and video of what he found down there - old skunk droppings and old raccoon paw prints, but no animals or rodents, thank goodness. He fixed the vent and the entire job was complete in an hour. I will absolutely call Aesthetic Rodent and Wildlife again if needed, and have already recommended to a few neighbors.

Matt was the technician who arrived to address our raccoon problem. He was punctual and arrived on time. He did a great job considering the rainy weather. Renee, the owner, came out when our problem persisted. Apparently, baby raccoons were under our house and needed to be removed in order to end the raccoon problem. Lindsey went under the house and pulled out 3 baby raccoons. Renee advised us to put the babies in an open container so that the mother could fetch them which she did that night. The job still has some work to be done, but the raccoon problem is over.

Rene Groves El Segundo,Ca. So I got a request for a small animal removal from a chimney, upon arrival I inspect the chimney and there was a energetic squirrel running in and out of a small in accessible crevice in the rear of the chimney. So I rescued the squirrel after two days of him being stubborn and was able to apprehend the little critter, release him outside in the backyard, his name now is Mr. Peeps he has now become the homeowners pet and frequents the back porch three times a day for fine food and drink.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
There are many companies that provide a variety of services a lot of times pest control gets associated with wildlife control and rodent control. Those are actually different fields in my opinion. I have the privilege of working with only animals rodents , choose a wildlife specialist not a bug guy . When ever in need of wildlife control choose a wildlife control company , not a bug company who decides to dabble in animal services .
