- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try and give our clients everything they want and I always try and keep it as affordable as possible I have worked with customers that wanted to pay installments for a few months because they were living on a fixed income. So needless to say we want you to have what you want at the most affordable price and your project will always be our most important job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
my first part is to get to know everything my costomer. wants watherbits on a print it even if it's just a picture in there mind that way I know what they want and I will then explain as where we will start and bend. and make sure they know how the job will go and if there is any problems I always try and plan where we will not have any problems.
